I specialise in gentle yoga for beginners and chair yoga for the elderly, offering calm, supportive sessions that meet you exactly where you are, for ladies only. My approach is slow, accessible, and nurturing—focusing on movement, breath, and relaxation to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Sessions are available 1-to-1 in your home or online, creating a safe space for you to reconnect with your body and find balance.
